Small Business Health Insurance Plan
Our discount health insurance program provides an average savings of 25% on your medical premiums(1) compared to other UnitedHealthcare plans in Illinois. You may also get additional savings of up to 4% when you offer a UnitedHealthcare specialty plan like dental or vision alongside your medical plan.

Exposure & Networking
The chamber provides maximum exposure for your business. Your organization will be listed in the membership directory. Our directory automatically helps boost your own search engine optimization through being part of our website. Chamber ribbon cuttings are a great way to introduce your business to the community. Ribbon cuttings are included with your chamber membership for celebrations such as grand openings, remodel reveals, milestone anniversaries, new ownership and more. Other great opportunities to expand your business exposure include utilizing your complimentary marketing available through your Member Information Center login or scheduling a targeted paid email marketing blast with your own standalone advertisement. Networking events such as Business After Hours/Business Before Hours are a popular option for making new connections and meeting new contacts.
Voice of Business
The chamber of commerce is your business advocate in local, state and federal issues that affect your business. The Galesburg Area Chamber of Commerce is the primary advocate for the business community and represents nearly 400 area businesses in the Galesburg area. We provide a unified voice to our elected officials and deliver our pro-business message.
Seminars & Workshops

Referrals
The chamber receives an average of 100 phone inquiries a month. The chamber referral policy is to always refer chamber members first. Your business is being promoted by your chamber seven days a week via your chamber staff, chamber website and the chamber membership directory. We have helped many local residents and visiting patrons find more information about our business community.
Credibility
One of the best reasons to be a chamber member is because you cannot afford not to be one. Chamber membership gives you instant visibility and credibility. According to a study done by the Schapiro group, 63 percent of consumers are more likely to buy from Chamber Member businesses. Credibility goes a long way!
